How to Measure

1. Use a soft measuring tape or a piece of string. Measure the thickest part of your dog's neck, usually where the collar sits.

2. Keep it snug but not tight. You should be able to fit two fingers comfortably between the collar and your dog's neck for the perfect safety fit.

3. Compare your measurement to our size chart. If your dog is between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for a safer, more comfortable fit.

Fit FAQ

How should I measure my dog's neck for a Luma Collar?

Use a soft measuring tape and wrap it around the widest part of your dog's neck. Leave two fingers of space between the tape and their neck for a comfortable, safe fit.

What if my dog is between sizes?

If your dog is at the top end of a size range, we recommend sizing up to ensure the collar isn't too tight, especially for thicker-coated breeds.

Are Luma Collars adjustable?

Yes, every collar is adjustable to fine-tune the fit as your dog grows or if their coat changes thickness seasonally.

How tight should the glow collar be?

It should be snug enough that it won't slip over their head, but loose enough that you can easily fit two fingers underneath. Safety is our priority.
